The delivery times suggested by www.donnaandtora.com are estimates only as the actual delivery is provided by third parties and is outside of our control. We will ensure products are delivered to the best of our ability on time, however will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.  To ensure a speedier response please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Order acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a tax invoice. Only those goods listed on the tax invoice will be included in the contract formed.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, Freedom for Living Ptd Ltd (trading as Donna & Tora) has the right to cancel the order.
