Let’s face it, there’s a bewildering array of diet, exercise and weight loss programs around, but it’s all pretty quiet when it comes to a weight control program. There are two parts to successful weight loss, and most people who want to lose weight forget the crucial second part: how to control weight.

In our fast-paced, fast-food dominated society losing weight isn’t easy, but what’s even more difficult is controlling your weight once it’s off. That’s because most diets will work for a short period of time while you’re really ‘good’, count your calories or restrict your food intake but it only takes so long before you can’t stand the discipline or the deprivation of your diet and the weight sneaks back on again.

We offer a weight control program because we think this is where the problem lies for most people: time and time again we hear from people who can lose weight but they can’t keep it off.

The first thing you probably think about your weight is ‘what should I eat?’, followed by ‘what exercise should I do?’. These are great and important questions, but they’re not the most important ones. The first questions we ask are ‘what’s your weight mindset?’ and ‘how motivated are you to lose weight?’. This is why we developed a 3 BMI Formula for Weight Control.
