We have created a weight coach program that is highly individualised and tailored to your needs and goals. When you are coached by us, you get a massive amount of support, insight and motivation to get you started and keep you going through all the obstacles that you’ll inevitably face along the way.
Our aim is to give you weight control and incorporate that into your lifestyle, which means working on your BMI formula . Weight control only comes from working on your inner BMI (beliefs mindset imprint) as well as your outer BMI (body mass index).
We know all too well that over 80% of people who lose weight will have put it all back on again within a year. We don’t want that for you, and so we tackle weight control by first looking at your mindset and beliefs because this is where the magic happens!

As you can see, we don’t offer a quick fix, rapid results system. People work with us when they are fed up of losing weight and then putting it back on again, tired of yo-yo dieting and had enough of the constant battle of trying to get their weight under control. Our approach is to get long-lasting results, not quick and temporary ones.
