Anyone can make these easy healthy recipes that we’ve put together for you!
Our recipes fit the following criteria:
1. They are Quick and Easy Recipes that can be prepared in under thirty minutes (one or two may take slightly longer)
2. They are Healthy Delicious Recipes – all of these recipes have the Donna & Tora seal of approval for taste and health!
3. They are No Sugar Recipes – we don’t use regular sugar in our recipes, but we do sometime use alternatives like honey, stevia, coconut sugar or maple syrup
4. We use Alternative Grains – rather than relying on wheat and corn, we introduce you to grains like quinoa, amaranth and buckwheat
5. We cater for all tastes – we provide options for meat-eaters, vegans, vegetarians and everything else in between!
