Darya Pino’s blog. This is a fantastic blog about healthy eating for foodies in urban areas. Darya is a fellow Farmer’s Market lover, and her recipes and tips are both interesting and realistic. All of the posts are well written and have great titles, so it’s not surprising they’re featured on some of the best websites on the net.
As well as one of the most aesthetically pleasing sites we’ve seen, even the most ardent junk food lover will be drooling at the food photography on this site (and won’t believe it’s all crazily healthy). A great site to browse around for recipes, health information and other great resources.
Tim Ferriss’s blog. Tim Ferris is author of Four Hour Body. Although his blog is not always about diet and exercise related matters, when they are they’re always quite ‘out there’ and interesting reading. Written for bachelor blokes (in our opinion), but anyone will find food for thought on this blog.
This is a well laid-out, well-researched AND well-written blog which keeps you up to date on all things fitness and diet related.
Jon Barron’s newsletter. Founder of the Baseline of Health Foundation, Jon Barron is a trusted source of BS-free information on health, wellness and weight loss. We like Jon Barron because he doesn’t try to sell you stuff at every opportunity. You really can read his newsletter with no strings attached.
Psychiatrist Dr George Blair-West specialises in psychotherapy for weight loss. Tora has completed his course, a certificate in dietetics, and thinks he is a great source of information about the inner BMI (beliefs mindset imprint) link to your weight.
Dawn Fritsch is one of our great friends and we love her approach to fitness (the photo at the top of her site says it all). Her DVD on how to plan an exercise routine is a great purchase for anyone who’s had more excuses than gym sessions this year.
