BMI Formula
The BMI formula that you’re probably familiar with is Body Mass Index. Body Mass Index is a measure of body fat based on your height and weight. If you have a BMI of over 25, you’re considered overweight. If you know your height and weight, you can work out your BMI from the graph below.

We call this BMI your Outer BMI. Most weight loss programs focus on reducing your Outer BMI by giving you a diet and exercise regime to follow.

Although everyone needs a little help with their diet and exercise, most people already know what they should be eating and that they should be exercising – it’s doing it that’s the problem. Most people can eat less, exercise more and lose some weight for a few weeks or months, but it’s really weight control – keeping weight off – that’s the problem.
We often hear about people’s success stories on a particular diet, but within months they’ve put the weight back on again, maybe even more. If you can’t keep the weight off that you lost, we don’t really think you can call it a successful diet. The problem is that too much emphasis is usually placed on weight loss – getting quick and dramatic results – but not enough on weight control. Weight control only comes when you know how to use your mindset and motivation to get the results you want. So we’ve developed the 3 BMI Formula for weight control.
1. Your Inner BMI™
The first BMI is your Inner BMI™, your belief mindset imprint. Your Inner BMI™ is shaped by how you think, what your beliefs are and the strength of your self-concept. In this pocket guide, we’re going to get you started on understanding your Inner BMI™ so you can set about making permanent changes to your weight.
2. Your Outer BMI
This is the BMI you’re probably already familiar with as most diet and weight loss programs focus on changing your Outer BMI, your body mass index. The focus of this BMI is food and exercise, as well as hydration, sleep and rest.
3. Your Action BMI
The final BMI is your Action BMI, your butt moving incentives! In this pocket guide, we’ll take you through the 5 success factors that will drive your Action BMI, so you’ll know exactly how to motivate yourself to not only lose weight but also keep it off.
The BMI Formula

You can see what people have to say about this new approach to weight control on this page.
We’ve been running live events in Australia to teach people this BMI formula so they can both lose weight and keep it off, but by popular demand we’re now launching an online version of this weight control program. To be the first to hear about this online program (coming September 2012), just sign up at Weight Control Program to get you started.
